CROWD-SOURCING MOBILE ALERTS

The purpose of the Stop ICE Raids Alert System is to provide emergency alerts and support for those targeted by ICE raids.

Mobile alerts are crowd-sourced , meaning anyone can send alerts to their local area or subscribe to receive alerts.

We've been fighting back for years- now we're fighting back harder than ever against even more aggressive policies.

Donald Trump has just signed new executive orders expanding immigration detention capacity providing the DHS and Customs and Border Protection additional resources for mass deportation by expanding the number of people who will be the target of raids, arrests, surveillance, detention and deportation. US immigration authorities will be able to raid and arrest migrants at schools, churches and hospitals as the Trump administration just overturned policies banning immigration enforcement from these sensitive areas.

Trump's new executive orders have threatened ICE raids on sanctuary cities and he has even threatened to deploy the military for mass deportation. His fabricated National Emergency Declaration and directives to various branches of the military are designed to increase cash flow to immigration enforcement with the already billion dollar budget for ICE and Customs and Border Protection. The result is more agents, surveillance, detention and physical barriers that put peoples lives, families and community in jeopardy while he conflates immigration with national security and terrorism.

We intent to help organize, build and promote community preparedness, response and resistance to these unjust and ruthless policies, challenging them whenever and wherever they occur.

  • Does this work with an app? No, The Stop ICE Alerts Network is designed to work with technology already built into your smart phone, mobile device, tablet or computer.

    Apps on your smartphone can be used by service providers and 3rd parties to access details related to your phone's activity across multiple datapoints. This can potentially open up unwanted vectors for user tracking compromising your privacy while also sharing that information without your knowledge.
  • No browser cookies. StopICE.net does not store or read cookie data from your browser. Login details are instead authenticated through a variety of encrypted tokens behind the server and deleted shortly after each session.
  • Data storage. User contact details such as phone or email are not stored on the StopICE.net server. This data remains encrypted and colocated on a separate and secure server to prevent your information from being compromised in the event of an unexpected data breech.
  • Server operations are monitored daily to prevent attacks, data breeches or other activity that may directly compromise the functionality of the alert system or the security and anonymity of users.
